she'd rather just forget itCLINGING TO NOT GET SENTIMENTAL, SAID SHE WASN'T GOING BUT SHE WENT STILL■ ■ ■ ■ ■canada is bamfer than imagined. the students of parry sound secondary work to debunk the myth of canadians being a bunch of beaver-loving, igloo-living, eh-ing hicksters. they live to prove that they're not stereotypical, though that's exactly what these little teens are: stereotypical and bitchy. pss has an unique problem, which is its batshit clique issue. if you thought that extreme cliques only formed in american schools, then get ready to eat your words. nearly all of the students at parry sound belong in one clique or the other. they hang together based on looks, smarts, money and popularity. so if you hate being clumped with the nerds for having a 4.0 gpa or being thought of as a braindead slut for being a cheerleader, then suck it the hell up, bub. no one else cares. popularity and aggregation are what matter the most at this northern ontario school. so these might be the best years of your life, these might be the worst. but at least you know that you are going to spend these five years with people just like you. kind of. whatever.HAVE FUN BEING STEREOTYPED, YOU BRIGHT, SHINY ...fluorescent adolescent■ ■ ■ ■ ■
